Start listening to your body and try to access the toilet whenever you feel a strong bowel movement as you should not put any kind of strain or pressure on these movements.

Try avoiding constipation. You can make significant changes in your diet as a right diet would surely relieve you of this problem. Try to increase the fiber content in your diet by incorporating green vegetables, whole grains as well as fruits in your diet.

You should make sure that you have 8 to 10 glasses of water in a single day.
